@Ryan Steele, I totally agree with you but the reason for me asking the question about the cost was because when I went on the site, the only cost that was listed was for people interested in becoming a member and not a cost if I was just interested in attending the meetings.

Actually bought an REO using the FHA 203k loan program, it pays for the property and repairs and still only requires 3.5% down of total so I was still able to create equity by doing repairs.

This also is subtracted from the total to arrive at the maximum bid.The point is to start with a simple formula and replace with real estimates and actuals as soon as you can.Hope this helps.Bill
