That way if everything goes to hell, I know I won't be moving back in with the parents.Maybe it's just my area (Midwest) but I find it hilarious that the prospect of accumulating half a million dollars of real estate in cash is actually easier than going through the ridiculous process of crafting resumes and cover letters, submitting applications online which aren't even read by humans and are usually immediately denied, going through weeks of interviews, and maybe getting another miserable job.

Freelancer.com or a similar website where you can post what you want done would be good for finding somebody to do this.The best method to get a good person to do this is to create a screen capture video where you record the screens and your voice as you walk through the county website and say which fields of information you need pulled into a spreadsheet/database.Not a simple process, but a big benefit is that I doubt others are doing this and that means little competition for you.

Hey Bill when I have a long post on here or when I am e-mailing someone a long response I highlight it and copy it first.Then when I hit submit and I get some funky error instead of having to redo it I then copy and paste it again.

I'm a newbie myself at the young age of 21 but there is tons of information out there from experts, to books, and even videos we just have to decide for ourself which will benefit us for what we are trying to accomplish.
