@max tanenbuam i agree when it comes to actual sales its a whole other animal this software is more for the larger PM companies with 100+ houses.

I work as a software engineer.

They could easily generate this report along with an expense report assuming they use some property management software or accounting software like quickbooks.

It's not easy to rank #1 for competitive markets... but our members are doing it everyday w/ a combo of our software system our training and our high touch expert help on our mastermind calls each week and our 1 on 1 strategy calls. 

We are also getting ready to start a small business as well (another YAY) and are trying to determine what software would be good to use?

Realtors tend to like this because no numbers-oriented person (software engineers, etc) one walks into my office and leaves without being in love with homeownership.

I'm just wondering if anyone has done this and what metrics they use or specialized software.

I'm not really sure how one would build software to automate much of the diligence process.  

The experiment is to see 1) if I want to shift my focus and do this full time. 2) Does it have value for people, can I create software that myself and others can to help this process 3) should build a company around it 4) I want to work with other big picture, like-minded people!!!!

Does anyone use or have a recommended skip tracing software to find out where owners of vacant properties are residing?
