Work Smarter Not Harder: Automate Showings Easier Than Ever!!!

As the saying goes work hard and not smarter! Many people will lead you to believe that hard work is the only way to get things done, but with new product I came across I am a believer that is not longer the case. I came a cross this product while Looking for a rental of my own. As attempted to contact different properties to schedule a showing I noticed a trend with a specific Property Management company, every time I called was provide options;

• I selected a prompt to text me the link to the website where I could choose and appt. time.
• I clicked on the link were it asked for my name and email (phone number was prepopulated in box already). And it had me choose a time and date I desired to view the rental property.
• Once I submitted it text me and emailed me a confirmation
• The day of the showing I received a texted asking me to confirm I was still coming buy texting 1 for No and 2 for Yes.
• As we got closer to the time I was sent a reminder of the appointment time
• And when we reached the time appointment I received another text asking if I was at the appointment text 4, once I did I received the lockbox code to view the rental myself and hour later I receive another text asking if I was interested in applying buy texting 1 for No and 2 for Yes.
• Yes, provides a link to an online application and payment option to pay for application fees

Naturally as someone involved in Real Estate I was impressed and had to know what this system I was using was. I pulled up the email and looked at the footer of the page and there I say. I researched the page and was truly impressed by how much of the grueling process this system has cut out the showing and qualifying process. No wasting gas to show properties over and over or speaking to tire kickers. To anyone who hates this process I strongly recommend taking a look at what they may have to offer.
