It's a 5kw system and yes it does have a solar hot water heater. 16 Seer AC unit, radiant barrier sheathing, R38 insulation, and very good energy numbers on the Windows.

During the safety inspection, they made sure that there was a window wide enough for someone to climb through and that the safety latch on the bars on the windows were in working order.
