Can I go from having a retail tenant to a warehouse, or from a warehouse to a manufacturing facility?

I can't speak for Mexico, but I bought into Nicaragua which is on fairly the same scale of risk, I'd say.

However, they want a mobile/manufactured/SFR in a city that you have no real estate experience in and you are not licensed as a real estate agent.

On paper it sounds great but it reality giving away 50% of the cash flow and profit you need to automate and scale your business for services you really do not need in the first place can be very detrimental to your short-term and long-term success. 

So far we have spoke with executives from Canglow windows and doors, (  http://canglow.ca/ ) from our locality and they offer products at a reasonable pay of scale.

I own a rental portfolio John and looking to scale steadily over time.  

Self-storage of the scale that makes sense in Mississippi today can be a 3 million investment pretty quickly. 

@Joe Villeneuve I don't really disagree with you, folks should scale up and invest in markets with good returns. 

We do know North Dallas is Growing and you cant go wrong investing in these areas. universal studios recently announced there intention of building a new amusement park just north of McKinney. and outside Sherman is building large chip manufacture plant ( https://dallasinnovates.com/sherman-picked-for-new-5b-silicon-wafer-plant-bringing-1500-new-jobs-to-north-texas)Good luck happy hunting :)
