I have been in many homes where some of the other signs ( smell of rotting eggs, corrosive bath fixtures, corrosive AC )  do not exist.

Unfortunately I don't have that luxury and I also don't have friends or family that are real estate savvy to help with making these big decisions or helping resolve any problems that pop up on an existing property.

Anyway we couldn't seem so get a bank interested in financing (they all kept saying they either would not finance existing manufactured homes or they would not finance any older than 1995, I discussed this with the agent handling the property and he said he discussed this with the man who holds the title (the property is now owned by an estate) and he agreed to carry it if we could put 13 down at 5-6 percent interest.

The exterior has asbestos siding so risks of it existing inside are higher but there's no old tile/heating ducts.
