Any good book recommendations on talking to motivated sellers
I am a huge BP fan, and realize most answers could be found here. However, I would like to know if anyone could recommend a good book on the topic of communication and interaction with motivated sellers. Not sure if such a book would exist for real estate investors, but I would be open to any type of book that can give useful information and tips on talking to motivated sellers (or sellers with any level of motivation). Thank you in advance.
