I know many of them and some have more merits than others.. and some have none at all.This is what I can tell you: I can barely turn a screwdriver, I have never painted even 1 wall and if my sink is dripping I am calling a plumber.

just so you know, i average between 40-50 bucks per unit when i pay the water bill for tenants...this is when the apartments have laundry also, but it's also after i've had a plumber go through all faucets, changing valves, washers, etc.

My first instincts are to stay away - but was wondering what other have done in the past - like what if i was supposed to have plumbers there to tear out the sink .. and the only person home ( after a 24 hr notice to enter) is a child??
