I was really torn between several rental properties, and Max did a great job of laying out the pros and cons of each and guiding me to my final pick.

I list my own houses, but this would apply for any realtor listing a client's house or their own.I always get asked this very simple and basic question "Do you have any other offers on the house?"

Try to keep your contracts as simple as possible.

Some of them let you pick a photo of a room that looks like what you have now and then pick different color schemes to update the photo.
