Once you have the money saved up, buy out their portion.Find a property that will provide owner financing.Sign a Master Lease (you lease the entire building for $XXXX a month) and then sublease to the tenants at $XXXX a month.Even if you graduate in May, lenders typically want two years of steady income before they'll loan to you.
