Don't just spam blasts to agents, take a personal approach.

The first thing you need to do is learn how to handle it like a business and not take it as a personal attack.

Sometimes I include a personal check and a P&S agreement with no contingencies.  

I feel like my math is not correct or I'm missing something otherwise, can someone explain why even thought the note has a yield of 9.5% is performing slightly better than a 6% stock market return?

Its your money but I would drive the areas to get a feel for whats around what you are buying . 

My feeling is that the tax evasion thing cuts both ways. 

Take a couple of days to look over my strategy and let me know if you feel like this is a good relationship that will benefit both of us.
