I'd be inclined to include the bio with a package to a fix/flip or HML.

The cost of the materials package pushes the selling price to the end buyer up into the "up-scale" range.

You might could try offering one unit as a package with additional storage....I own several small warehouses I rent out to service providers (HVAC, plumbers, siding crew, electricians, or personal hobby shop).
