If they think you promise something and don't fallow through (Or can't) or, if someone else looks from the outside and thinks you are acting in a capacity you shouldn't be, you'll have to answer to that.

It's a tool for a specific purpose and should be implemented as a part of a full wealth management plan, led by a team who deeply understands real estate in a variety of capacities outside of just being a DST wholesaler.  

Doing it this way I can slowly continue to grow my portfolio without needing outside assistance.
