There are numerous websites with rental market data (like Rentometer) that provide a "spread" of values.

I collected numerous letters and postcards that were mailed to me.I eliminated any that I could not trace to a real business and an address--a google phone number with "Mike" was eliminated from consideration.  

I've built a database of owners of this asset class in numerous states to directly market to.

The prices are based on numerous factors. 

Both areas are great but we tend to lean more towards Hammond due to the numerous new developments happening there right now.

When you get too involved with the generic training( I am not saying do not do this training) the companies offer you will start looking at numerous solutions.  

Flying below the radar—otherwise known as trying to be invisible and hoping the city never finds out your property is a rental—can ultimately be an expensive gamble.
