I have never done RE investing but have been following various threads on BP, researched various articles, as well as attended some networking events.

This is NOT designed to be about COVID-19, but it is the news story of the year and plays an important role in the conversation.

No one complains when they lock and then 2 weeks later the news says rates went up, funny how that works isn't it?

I would’ve had many more deals but I passed over listening to other people the good news is I built a pretty nice cash flow net worth and didn’t have to start at 19 years old.
