Buying off the shelf has me a bit nervous sinply because im so damn new to this (this is my first property) but i think if I can find the right contractor this would be the way to go.

After graduation I will be working as a consultant in the DC area but I'm a bit nervous about investing in an area that has such a high cost of living.

The main thing I am nervous about is how the market is shifting in Phoenix.

I'm nervous about tying up $50K by buying and holding the lot if I cannot build soon since it would mean delaying other strategic priorities.I'm finding that most banks won't do individual construction loans for investors. 

It does make me a bit nervous as a first-time investor, unless I partnered with someone a lot more experienced than myself. 

I get nervous even thinking about this term.Loan-shoppers are time-wasters.

I can set them up on my own for 50 in Michigan, however when it comes to law I get very nervous. 

Some properties are way above the estimated value and it makes me nervous about the appraisal. 

I am super nervous and I haven’t done any deals or even created my business yet.

We are very excited to be able to do this through real estate (and nervous as we have yet to buy our first property).
