I have me a nice 12 x 40 billboard.I am trying to get some ideas as to what to say.I buy all kinds of homes but I specialize in New Homes in nice neighborhoods and I have no problem with little or no equity.I know I want to sign to mention little or no equity, in some form or fassion.Give me your ideas please.

It IS possible your standard is unrealistic.I have reviewed thousands of applicants in all income levels, and in some of the very poorest and crime-ridden neighborhoods in my cities, and while it can be a challenge to get someone to qualify, it is achievable.

But my experience is that a nice kitchen and bathroom will pay for themselves in increased rent over a fairly short period (as long as the neighborhood will support the rent)3) Basic vinyl, double pane, decent windows cost from 150-200 apiece as long as you can use standard sizes.
