I have looked at (on paper) some mobile home parks in Cheraw and they seemed like really good opportunities.

For the MHP investment ( mobile park home fund) you may receive K1s from several different states - it depends on where they invest.For debt transactions you'll receive one 1099 aggregating your debt investments together.    

Does anyone know of any lenders/banks offering financing on single mobile homes on a rented space for an owner occupant?   

More than 1/2 of my mobile home parks have been funded with other peoples money.
