Always tough to 'buy-right' in your backyard, you did it 2000+ miles away!!

I was hoping to get another property by the end of this year and it would be within 20 mile radius of my current property.

If we want to live like Communist China, North Korea, Russia or other similar countries (Just look at Venezuela and Cuba and see what happens) then the government can seize private property and socialism / communism will take root.

I'd say north of Debarr - Bragaw is a C-D depending where exactly, south of Bragaw it goes from C-B.

Also I will be moving down to North Carolina in about 6 years or so, so anyone down there with any advice or opportunities I would love to hear it.  

You don’t want to buy them first and have to go check on 30 units,30 miles away.
