Me personally I carry a gun whether I go to my What I consider an A or C class properties but even more so when I go to my C it’s just a different type of environment and mentality also their upbringing is different from my A class property renters I have to really be on my toes but I look like a tenant tbh so most people don’t mess with me I don’t scream their goes the landlord.

Sounds like from reading this post you are mentally checked out on this deal and it just isn't for you.

It’s my mental safety net of putting away for retirement but having the option to pull the principle out if I want access for emergency, a deal down payment, etc.

I’m one of those fearless warriors that likes to do good, prove others wrong, dance in the rain, push themselves financially and mentally, leader type of people.

I guess I always knew there was a lot of people in these are with Mental  issues and that fraud was rampant but wow !

Then they can focus on the more important things in life more - family, physical and mental health, and be happy.

There is the actual cost and the mental energy and your time.I see both sides. 

That's precisely the mentality that will get you into trouble, not bail you out of trouble.

People tend to justify the newer amount when they tie it to something of value in their mind and find it discomforting when they can't do the mental gymnastics of a bigger/nicer home.
