This is a company that give referrals for companies (such as the handyman company I was looking for) and supposedly does background checks (among other things) in order to somehow give the client/customer peace of mind when dealing with these "servicemagic certified" companies.Has anyone heard of these guys?

With an assignment, your fee should just show up as a payment, and all the costs would go to either the buyer or seller, as determined by local custom.

It's hard to follow tweets when you follow a lot of people, and grouping the people you follow makes tweeting more efficient.For example, I have one column setup for tweets related to news, another column for real estate news, another column for customers I interact with, etc...

I've referred 20 or more customers to him over the years.If I had a choice I would probably choose to work on the bigger harder projects with the larger firms.
