Hey guys/gals, my name is Patrick from Missoula, MT and I'm just getting started. I LOVE this site. So many answers, but not enough time to read them all!

I have very little experience, other than after reading a book on doing lease options, I lease optioned my personal house. (if they follow through they'll buy the house for about $10K more than I could've sold it for...and NOTHING on my block was selling)

I have a question about bandit signs I'm going to post in the bandit signs topic. Thanks in advance for your help!
