You could find them on craigslist searching for buyers.But honestly, meetings are a waste of time.Meetings are usually for seasoned often older buy and hold investors that just don't have the energy or time to hustle for off market deals, and want a lazy way of getting deals hoping good wholesalers are there  hoping someone has a great amazing deal.Reality check though.

but with these cars I will actually keep them long term.. since we get free super charging for life.. so we pay Zero for energy to drive them.. and with both of us in the business that saves us at least 500 to 700 a month in gas ..

When I asked for pictures of what was done, they would not provide any, I had to pay an additional $250 to build a from step handrail, $200 to install a new bathroom mirror and light (the other what half way in the shower, they never fixed an interior window that they could not get anyone come and fix because of Covid, I got it fixed in 2 days) $300 to a cleaning service to clean up the house, $1000 for a dividing fence, $500 to a lawn company to come cut the vines and over growth on the driveway.

I couldn’t find anything in Orlando that had returns that were comparable to those other markets.With that said the appreciation and bidding wars in those markets is insane right now, and I did start lightly looking into Orlando again.

and in Oregon our non english speaking hispanic labor force at Home Depot has unionized and they all ask for 15 to 20 an hour  Inflation.. as  a side note we deal with this in new construction when they buyer wants to change a light fixture they saw at HD for 50 bucks.. and you have to charge them 300 to change it they go nuts and cant understand why..
