If you do not want to buy a multi family home you can always purchase a home that may have a basement/attic, mother-in-law suite or any additional dwelling unit that you could use to rent out. you want to aim to get conventional AND FHA loans when you’re beginning because they are the ones with the lowest interest rates and Low down payments.

No idea what your situation will be in five years, and the lender might not exist, and the program also might be gone, and the roll over is never free.I assume the condo is not warrantable due to less than 51% owners and or there is a lawsuit and low HOA reserves.
