I currently invest in the KC market and live about 3 hours away at the Lake of the Ozarks. 

I am hosting a BP Meet-up in Osage Beach, Lake of the Ozark's MO in mid January, if it isn't to far come out and network with all sorts of professionals in the area.  

I'm converting my wife's  2 Bedroom 2.5 bath condo\Townhouse in Walled Lake Michigan to a short term rental and need a referral for a good and reliable cleaner and a handy man.
