Does anyone have knowledge if a 1031 exchange is possible with two partners?

If you ever want to swap knowledge, I've been needing to find a good accountant and I know a thing or two about the local market :) 

Sometimes it gets people off their bark-a-lounger and involved but many times people spend the money only to find out they need one on one help through a couple of transactions to have the knowledge and confidence to actually be successful.
