I have an agent who sends me mls updates but I am not impressed with those so far.

I didn't get the impression that it mattered and it annoyed me to have the rent at something other than an even number. 

@Saberian Younger  my point was certain markets may look good on paper and give people the impression they can just jump in as passive investors.. ( like Austin you could do that) but other markets you could lose all your money if your not wise and careful. the study makes no distinction to RISK / REWARD

My agent who is getting a section 8 tenant for me is not willing to release any information about that prospective tenant besides her name.am i entitled to know her age, income, family composition, copies of her criminal record  and a credit score?

We have used a few different ones and I can't say that any of them impressed me. 

I actually found your site earlier today and am very impressed with what you have achieved in the Raleigh area.  

I was under the impression back then that since KW was big and had impressive structure that mimicked corporate America, they would spoon feed me everything I needed to know.  

I'm impressed with the way you have make this happen: it's brilliant.
