It's taken months because part of MY MIND has been held captive doing things like building an agency budget, problem solving situations on the fly in an accounts payable unit, dealing with all the constant miscellaneous problems that walk into the office, all while dealing with the most surreal, television sitcom like hostile office politics one can imagine.....can not deal with it anymore!  

I can't imagine what would happen if they were managing a tenant, much less how they would attend to fulfilling their contractual obligations to their lender.With that,  I want to close by saying that we must all scrutinize strangers wanting to do business with us, applying due-diligence to the information they provide, regardless of their online reputation.  

Next if you are not working I would imagine your finances are tight why are you taking funds to purchase a property with great risk?

I am not sure if the Soldiers/sailors Civil Relief Act applies to this, I cannot imagine that it wouldn't be acceptable.

I can imagine the difference in commission for real estate agents. 

I can imagine rent checks could get addicting!

I imagine the  Architect next door is the Go to Guy here.  

Once you get to that certain level I imagine it's a whole different business that you're dealing with but more beneficial.
