So long as the foundation passes codes (insulation, depth below soil, psi strength, structural, tie downs, etc, etc, , anything on top could be fixed.

I personally believe that it really is a gateway drug and I don't care what anyone says or tries to make you believe, smoking anything isn't healthy.

They worked for a company for 40 years, gave their heart and soul, and were rewarded with being treated well and given a healthy retirement.Those days are all but non-existent today except for just  a few companies in the country.

I am guessing there is a middle guy somewhere who makes a healthy spread considering they are using someone else's credit for the whole project.

Land pricing is not just as simple as $/sqft unless the land is truly flat, uniform, not trees, has all of the necessary utilities, road access, consistent soils, and no slope.  

Provide affordable housing and get them employment and education and the help they need to start fresh and provide their children with a safe and healthy environment to grow up in.

Cost of installing a system is going to correlate to how good your soil percolates water.

You will find the returns to be healthy in many of the surrounding suburbs. 

I want to enjoy whatever years of life and good health I have and am happy to spend my money on things that make me happy.
