AirBNB does not allow you to set a minimum age BUT - in their "you have an inquiry" email they'll tell you if the person is over/under 25 (right next to saying they have verified government ID).

Much different than avg Jack or Jill buying blindly this index, that precious metal fund, that sector fund with end of day pricing everyone else gets just because who knows what will do what.
