Wholesalers are coming up with multiple deals a day here in Phoenix, so there are definitely good markets for wholesaling.

Which ones do you perfectly recommend for someone who wants to flip/wholesale as a job while building a rental portfolio

It's a tough market but there are still some great deals to be had in today's market.Until last year we were relying solely on buying from MLS, foreclosure auction and other wholesalers but starting this year we started doing our own marketing and got really focused in Q2 and we are on track to have our best year ever in 2018.Not only will we do more deals this year but the margins on our deals have gone up as well.

There are a few, though, that are genuinely and sincerely trying to fix their problem.
