I use trulia and google to see demographics and what is around the neighborhood, but still need more understanding and confidence to know what i want to buy.

I'm confident I can assign this for a quick 8-10k to one of my contractor buyers however I'm wondering if I may be passing up a better option by purchasing and doing light rehab and sell on rent to own or if I may be better to look to sell on sweat equity.  

Hello everyone,I'm attempting to close on my first vacant land purchase to flip and I ran into a snag that I can't resolve with any sort of confidence.  

Whereas a confidant might fail to complete the task altogether or in a timely manner to satisfy the requirements of your construction loan.

I'm also not confident about the FL potential appreciation in the market, as I think NY is likely to outperform both short and long-term.

She told me, it is supposed to close tomorrow (Tuesday) but she is pretty confident it will fall though and will likely go back on the market next week. 

I am confident I could find a job pretty quick however not as great of a setup with paid housing and everything that enables me to attack debt and save money.

My personal experience is that it takes dozens of transactions to confidently sell anyone on the idea to buy or sell real estate.Frank
