There is no dumping, it seems the waste water just filters through these old homemade tanks.

So filter the opinions you receive accordingly.  

It may be a few hundred, but if the smell comes out from the ac and you've changed the filters, it needs ducts and coils cleaned (may be worth having an AC company clean the coil) Also check into renting an ozone machine if possible.

When people give you advice, YOU have to filter through it, take that nugget and capitalize on it.

There are probably pockets of the country that this logic can't be applied (Detroit maybe etc), however in the Southern States excluding CA renting on the low side (1200 and below), demand will not wane in the down turn but may actually increase from the filtering of the loss of higher rents or forecloses causing the increase demand for lower income housing.  

I can choose to filter out those that I feel are irrelevant or inaccurate and take those that I feel are beneficial.If you don't like California, don't live/invest there.
