I've been calling storage units in my area to look for potential sellers.

If they are putting that much stuff on it that it is bending the rod, you need to talk to them and explain that they need to figure out something else for storage. 

Unless your doing something like Self Storage (what I invest in).As mentioned above, look out on Loopnet for Raleigh. 

School front office has to verify there truly is a shooter, Notify Police, Police have to come, then they have to locate the shooter, and then they have to change their normal tactics and "Attack" versus "Contain".So what has this got to do with Self Storage?

It's extremely likely the attic was converted from uninsulated storage to habitable space and minimal effort was made to minimize noise transfer from the attic to the second floor.

Regarding the 3 car garage, not sure what the use would be (business, storage, etc).  

Require them to rent a storage unit to store the majority of their possessions so it’s an easy move out for them, just let them have the bare necessities.
