Starting in the Jacksonville, FL area but am looking to expand the area as I grow.  

I am currently interested in flipping in my current market of Lynchburg, Virginia, even though it is a smaller market, it is quite affordable and Liberty University is growing by leaps and bounds year after year.

My goal is to start REI and learn as I grow in the business.

That being said, the location is between two rapidly-growing cities, and if I stay with the property for the long-term, I shouldn’t have any problem with appreciation and growth over the long haul.
