Hey All,

I am a wholesaler who is, like all of us, looking for deals.  ARVs of 100K - 200K.  Starting in the Jacksonville, FL area but am looking to expand the area as I grow.  Ultimately, I would like to expand to growing markets nationwide.

I have done a few deals (1 fix and flip, 3 rent and holds, 1 wholesale) and am looking to do this full time. 

I ran into Bigger Pockets via other members of the local REIA that I am a member of. It has been great being a member. Very active REIA with a lot of resources offered. I highly recommend joining your local one.
