Almost negative on cash flow with all these repairs coming all the time.Next major thing I see is hvac in crawlspace and those ducts are loose and coming off.

But the best thing about it is that I own this amazing house with all brand new big components.

After all, inventory was super thin and many of our markets are highly desirable for owner occupancy (i.e., not just STR).

Of course not all of these are exactly like this but I do see quite a bit of the same choices still.
