You seem to want to argue something that the CPAs who ARE TAX ACCOUNTANTS have discussed - ad nauseum - here and elsewhere in Bigger Pockets, personal blogs, FaceBook, podcasts and use daily in their own practices, etc.You seem to think I'm ignoring some unbelievably great nugget you've found.

Often dog bites need to be reported to the local Animal Control (if you had gone to the ER with that bite they would have contacted Animal Control who would have, at the very least, confirmed the dogs' rabies vaccination was up to date or confined the dog at the owners expense until blood work for rabies status was confirmed).

Notes state: "Status: 9B: collection account, Remarks: Student loan perm assign government, Notes: Automated account" [I just ran their credit report today, so I have not had a chance to confirm whether they are on a payment plan to make the school payments back]-Husband has a residentscore of 621-He's paid his credit lines relatively on time (only 1 collection for a small balance of $169), but it was paid off.

I had another borrower forge a recon / satisfaction on his health club .. my loan was removed. he was an ex NFL player.his HI status in the community kept him out of jail just barely. this is more common and if folks really understood it it would be rampant..
