Spend $200K on lottery tickets and hope to win mega-millions.  

They both have excellent credit and no other mortgages.  

Just double check all those numbers... you win or lose when you buy!

$1,625,000...I haven't even mase my first investment yet but I know this is a great investment and the location is excellent.
