The paperwork and the back and forth can be crazy.

Hi @Timothy Swenton, on Friday I filed the LLC formation paperwork after reviewing the form with my attorney.

Using the LLC-to-personal loan strategy establishes a mortgage on the property from your LLC to you personally and essentially just makes any subsequent refinance a traditional refinance where the seasoning period is not a concern.

If you haven't indicated anywhere on the paperwork that this is your primary residence, don't. 

I find it hard to believe that "renew financial" essentially bars payoff--because that is what a refi is--you pay off old mortgage debt, and perhaps other debt, with a new loan. 

Almost all goods and services, which would be anything "non-essential", coming to a complete stop? 

@Tony P.With the bad news out of Saudi Arabia, oil and energy related equities are very cheap.It'll be a rocky ride, and I would expect a quick turnaround, but it's an essential global commodity no matter what happens in the short-term.

I wanted to buy it in the name of my business, but because I started the paperwork in my name (because my LLC wasn't finished at that time), I had to buy it in my name.

The lesson essentially says to create a fake ad for a house that needs tons of work, and have potential buyers interested respond with their name and number.
