Reason for Arizona is that it’s a 5 hour drive from so cal if I ever want to go back and visit during the weekend and also RE is much cheaper.

Hi Danny, there is a lot of competition in Milwaukee from out of state and out of country investors which is really driving cashflow numbers down.  

Your problem might be the traffic you are driving with PPC, not the website itself.
