I stopped at the property for a small repair yesterday and the tenants furniture/decor/dog and lifestyle make the place look not so fabulous.

While real estate is a dog eat dog industry at times there are times to be the good guy.

@Rob Bergeron@Scott MacI'm not making a statement as strong as Scott's but I do see this as a poorly (or not at all) sourced article written by someone with a 'dog in the fight' - it's not totally clear the positioning of this author's company, but this is a paid article (basically, an ad).That said, increasing rents may be happening.

I would run your numbers with rehab at about 300k and then see if you are still drooling. 

When I lived in South Akron, the entire block of homes on the street was burglarized within 1 week, except mine probably because it had a loud dog.

We do not allow dogs at this property, thus my question here.Assuming the service dog has papers and they otherwise qualify for the unit, do I need to allow the service dog? 

I've had numerous dogs damage our screens on the porch.
