I’m looking to move my family down there ASAP and trying to find what’s some good areas that are affordable and safe with a mixed diversity.

It's different for me because I've been around the investing game for a long time but I just got started not to long ago. 

I think my game plan will now be to get tenants in place on a month to month lease.

@Charles ElliottI don’t remember who said this, but I’ve heard this on BP many times over, “Cashflow keeps you in the game, equity builds you wealth.”My vote is for holding onto the property if you find the numbers work for you and find someone you trust to manage the property.

New to the investing game and looking for your guys advice!

I'm new in the game and looking to buy my first multi-unit property to house hack. 

The unit also has a pool ,hot tub,under ground parking and game room.

I thought about setting up a game room, arcade, movie theatre, or virtual reality stations.Any ideas are welcome!

Most lenders are hesitant to give you financing with no skin in the game for the first deal. 

I know some investors who have been in the game for a while who kick themselves for selling a property they once owned and now see how much it's worth.
