We just put new floor into the kitchen and bathrooms, new vanity sets and cabinets, also the kitchen appliences are 6 months old...i just wonder if prices could decline because it is an absolute hot sellers market right now...

We put in 3/4" hardwood oak, painted, updated a bathroom, painted kitchen cabinets, changed countertops & tiled the flooring.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Our plan for this property is to add a bedroom in the basement and a 3/4 bathroom on the first floor.

My wife and I bought an investment property earlier this year that needed some work; we planned on finishing a basement and adding a bathroom.

I’m definitely willing to seek out motivated sellers and buying at a (somewhat) discount, as I never pay retail prices for anything.
