I also am not required to attend any sales meetings or ever set foot in the office - I am truly an independent contractor and can work as much or as little as I want.On the other end of the spectrum, my colleague at RE/Max receives warm leads from the brokerage that she is able to work.

I don't always understand their rhyme or reason for doing things, but understanding the legislature binding them lets me know to be patient and keep that lead as a warm lead.

But I'm lucky enough to have a warm place to sleep at night, my own desk with a computer and internet, and food to eat.

Not the warm welcome I was hoping for, but definitely open to suggestions for getting helpful replies to future questions.

The at the moment the market seems to be warm so you can't expect to find a steal but the prices are resonable.

I think in another 10 years everything except Beech Mountain will be done for down here because it's just too warm. 

In my case, I like the flexibility of washing my car in the summer, having a secured spot for either me or my future tenants during the snow months knowing you can warm your car up right in eyesight.
