Yep they sure were scared I came into the neighborhood.Look that's great you go be the idealist that's great the world needs those people also.But to deny that Detroit neighborhoods do not have huge problems is not speaking the truth. 

I love learning, and since I'm a woman in my twenties, I want to ACTUALLY know something about all the parts of my operation so I don't end up with people I hire for various jobs thinking they can rip me off because I won't know any better, but I'd also feel a lot better knowing that, in a pinch, I could competently and legally prevent the wheels from falling off my business if one of my key people gets hit by a bus or something (God forbid!).

Of course both tenants deny responsibility.

People were buying like crazy, easy to get loans, people quiting their jobs to "get rich", same thing, a bubble was not possible until it was already half way down, even then many (see choice speeches from Bernanke, Geitner, Greenspan, etc) denied it.

Basically, I'd be fine with giving the information to BP but I would definitely like to give authorization each and every time it was requested so that I could have the option to deny or approve their request..

If someone is just wanting me to stop by and give them a rough idea (a dollar amount off of the top of my head) I will usually just do a hand shake and call it good, unless the person abuses it and never gives me work.  

Now I fully understand the want to fight abuse in the system.

At least here in TN, once I have appealed and it has been denied I would have to sue to get relief.

You can get cited for that.Important: make sure your lease has the new domestic abuse protections clause that was recently introduced in Milwaukee (in March 2014). 

If the average consumer applied for credit, they'd start getting denied after 3-4 inquiries.
