My advice- HVAC systems are generally like old cars; you can keep replacing parts and keep them running forever, so it doesn't have to be a $10k bill all of the sudden, you can pay for misc $100-300 repairs here and there until you save up enough or get tired of it and replace the system then.

Shadow them and see what are the things that are currently struggling with or that are time consuming.

So it’s interesting how people quickly fall in love with the Traditional LLC thinking it’s been around forever.

A consumer’s score will vary based on the scoring model used.To make it more confusing, there are now at least two scoring scales.

I even motivate myself by thinking about what monthly expense(s) this investment will ELIMINATE forever!

You sound like my best friend, her most desired career path is just to be a student forever haha! 

That's time consuming, however.  

Listened to majority of the BP and Rod Khleif podcasts, read the books Multi-Family Millions, Cash Flow Forever, and Rich Dad Poor Dad, and I have a bunch more on my list. 

This doesn't have to be a forever problem or even an expensive one. 

It took me over a month to get approved for an FHA loan and actually purchasing a property takes forever through a bank.
