But anyway, my main goal is to support my KC client's interest there we will do fine on return on dollars, and we won't risk but a hundred grand at any one time so if we get stung it will not be life altering.

step & I am sure inspiring to many on here.I work with a number of developers and asset owners, and one of the common things we see seems to be what you're pointing to — the handover processes can be disjointed, especially as some folks in this industry are less thrilled to use technology like Slack for communication. 

Know that you will get phone calls / texts when something goes wrong or if your tenant is having issues w the property, etc.It all boils down to personal preference, goals, etc.Good luck!
