Do not expect them to care about appearances, upkeep, damage to the property etc.Obviously these characteristics are not 100% all the time but expect them just the same.

You get t use the old "that is company policy" line, LOL.Land development is a different animal than holding a SFD, so is construction or flipping, so your business needs should be addressed for the strategy you follow.
